COACH RECE
Tyrece Battle also known as "Coach Rece" was born and raised in Valdosta, GA. As a high school student athlete, he played football, basketball, and ran track for Valdosta High School as well as Highland Christian Academy. Academically, he graduated as a salutatorian and scored a 33 on the ACT. During college, he first attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL where he played football, basketball, and volleyball. While in college, he also was a student assistant volleyball coach, and sports performance trainer for the football, basketball, volleyball, and soccer team for both men and women. While coaching and training, he gained experience in being a college scout recruiting in the southeast region of the United States for football, basketball, volleyball, and soccer after he decided to step away from playing! As a professional, he played quarterback for the Columbus Lions arena football team. He is currently in the process of obtaining his doctorate's degree in sports physical therapy. As a coach, he started off as a personal fitness trainer where he specializes in football, basketball, track, and volleyball. Coach Rece has a wide variety of training expertise such as sports specific weightlifting, skill development, athletic development, nutrition, injury prevention, and injury rehabilitation! He has successfully trained as well as rehabbed all kinds of athletes from the Olympics to the youth for more than 8 years!
